Vincent Nicod

Vincent Nicod is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience in the Water industry. He serves as Chief Financial Officer of Prosper Water.

Vincent was previously the CFO of Veolia North America’s Municipal Water and Wastewater Contract Operations division and oversaw a portfolio of over 250 plants across the US, with $1 billion in revenues.

Vincent worked for Veolia’s Water division in France and Morocco between 2004 and 2008, and later joined its North American business, serving in multiple roles in the Finance department - notably supporting business development and M&A activities - before being appointed CFO.

He holds a M.S. degree in Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management in France.
